Love is in the air! Valentine’s Day is coming up and we’ve rounded up the very best ways to celebrate - no matter your relationship status. 

Waterset residents and members of the surrounding area gathered together on July 4 to celebrate Independence Day and give back to the community. In lieu of admission, concert-goers brought non-perishable food donations to Feeding Tampa Bay. In total, over 1,200 meals were collected, all of which will go to families in need right here in Apollo Beach.

On July 4, 2018, Waterset held their first Concert for a Cause, sponsored by Newland Communities. The charity-oriented concert collected over 1,000 meals that were donated to a local food bank through Feeding Tampa Bay.

On Saturday, June 2, Waterset residents and the surrounding community gathered on the trails to celebrate National Trails Day. Over 100 participants logged their miles. With a total of 1,068 miles being reported, Waterset significantly passing the 1,000 mile goal!

Hundreds of concertgoers who attended Newland Communities’ annual Concerts for a Cause series and Fall Festivals at Waterset and Bexley made a difference in the fight against hunger by donating nearly 2,000 lbs. of non-perishable items and over $1,200 in cash to Feeding Tampa Bay.

2017 was an exciting year for Waterset. We saw the opening of the Waterset Charter School, the groundbreaking of the newest Waterset amenity, and we were named one of the top 50 master-planned communities in the country. In 2018, we plan to grow Waterset into an even bigger and better community for our residents to enjoy.

Waterset’s Fall Festival last month was a smashing success! On Saturday, October 21, we welcomed C’Nergy Band to the stage, plus we had food trucks, face painting, and pumpkin decorating! All together, we collected 600 meals for Feeding Tampa Bay!

It's Race Time! Waterset is hosting its second annual 5K Turkey Trot and Kid's Fun Run on Thanksgiving morning!

It is amazing to think that it has already been five years since our Grand Opening! Since opening in October 2012, Waterset has seen tremendous growth - along with the rest of the SouthShore area.

Sixth Annual Newland Communities’ Concerts for a Cause Series Nets Thousands in Donations
