Introducing Waterset's Newest Model Home
Waterset is proud to introduce its newest model home, The Queensgate by David Weekley Homes. The Queensgate is one of six award-winning floor plans available in David Weekley’s Garden Series and is situated on a 40-foot homesite. The one-story home showcases 1,800 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a two-car garage. Designer touches include a gourmet kitchen and screened-in lanai.
Homes within Weekley’s Waterset Garden Series range in size from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet with single-story and two-story options. The builder also features the Cottage and Classic Series in Waterset, situated on 60-foot homesites. The Garden Series starts in the $229s.
Waterset currently has seven model homes from seven homebuilders open daily.
