Some more helpful information before you go!
For most people, your fees are part of your tax bill, which is a great perk. Your HOA fee is due in January every year. The CDD fee can also be rolled into your mortgage. Specifically, for the CDD fees, it is broken down into 2 separate parts. The first part is the 30-year bond, which is the smaller portion. The other portion and the majority of the fee is for operations and maintence, and this piece is paid indefinitely as a Waterset resident.
If you have any other questions regarding the CDD or HOA, please don't hesitate to contact their office via their telephone number, (813) 677- 2114 or at The Waterset Club!
