Exciting news! Waterset is getting even better with the addition of a 5th amenity, The Founder’s Club, a brand-new amenity opening in the Fall of 2025. Resort-Style Swimming Pool with Lap Lanes
What better way to unwind or get in a good workout than with a swim? The Founder’s Club will feature a stunning resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes designed to offer both relaxation and exercise options. This will be the perfect spot for families, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone who just wants to enjoy a leisurely afternoon poolside.
Pickleball Courts for Endless Fun and Fitness
You asked and we listened! This new and fast-growing sport is continuing to rise in popularity, especially within the Waterset Community. The Founder’s Club will include eight top-notch pickleball courts, so challenge your friends or meet some new neighbors at the courts! It’s a great way to stay active, socialize and embrace the outdoor lifestyle that this community is so well known for.
Playground for the Little Ones
Calling all families with little kids, we didn’t forget about you guys! Although it is not pictured in the rendering, there will be a playground at The Founder’s Club. This feature will provide a safe and fun environment for kids of all ages and will quickly become a favorite spot for parents and kids alike.

Similar to The Waterset Club, this new clubhouse will feature an additional gathering space, allowing residents to rent out the space for small private parties or events. This is a perk only for Waterset Residents as people from outside the community are not allowed to rent the space. Whether you are planning a birthday party or a baby shower, this space will be perfect for whatever your needs may be!
